The Under Anchor agents work for peace throughout the Internet with the help of the Phone Bravers.
Amishima Keita
Amishima Keita is the partner of Seven. He was supposed to go to Mount Fuji with his friend when he met Takimoto, and ended up joining the organization of Under Anchor. He is weak and quiet when he is with agents but when he is with his friend, on the mobile phone or talking to Seven, he becomes loud and strong. He uses the Internet often, and has a rivalry with Kirihara, who hates the Internet. His relationship with Seven starts out rocky, but it develops into a deep mutual bond that drives Keita to risk his life and the world to save Seven in episode 23. He also has a kind and forgiving nature, shown when he offers to let 01 stay with him.
Takimoto Sousuke
Takimoto Sousuke used to be the buddy of Seven, and member of the Under Anchor agent. He loved Mimasaka Chigusa, another agent in the Under Anchor group. Not much is known about him, but he is lively and very strong. He later died of saving Keita from a giant robot. Seen through many flashbacks and Keita is often compared to him. He also is an impetus for some of Keita's beliefs and actions. He used to play around when he was on missions. He also chose the personalities of Seven.
Kirihara Daiki
Kirihara Daiki is the partner of Third. He is a strong man, but tends to go hard on people. He looks as if he has a cool attitude, but when he gets serious, he is very scary, and he is a bit too honest, and becomes rude. He seems to argue a lot in situations, and hates the Internet. After episode 12, he is forced to go on a 6 month hiatus. He is one of the longest working agents of Under Anchor, and worked with Magira Kurando.
Asano Touko
Asano Touko is an Under Anchor agent who is a lively woman. She calls Keita "Beginner", although he doesn't like it much. After Keita becomes a full-fledged agent, she calls him "Keita-Chan". She rarely gets pissed off, and a sort of calm but strong girl. She also often has random crushes and whoever she involves usually suffers some type of misfortune (i.e. Mimasaka catching pneumonia for a week, Keita losing half of his pay, Kirihara being forced to listen to love stories, etc.)
Mimasaka Chigusa
Mimasaka Chigusa is an Under Anchor agent who is very serious on her missions and work. She seems to like Keita being in the group, and is smart and acts as a boss of her section. She was the buddy of Phone Braver Second, until 01 hacked into Under-Anchor. She was the former girlfriend of Takimoto and she closes his eyes after he dies.
