Kamen Rider Kiva

Kamen Rider Kiva (仮面ライダーキバ) is the 18th instalment of the Kamen Rider Franchise, aired together in Super Hero Time with Engine Sentai Go-onger. The theme for this series being monsters of classic western horror stories, myth and films.

Synopsis

Kamen Rider Kiva is the story of two generations of individuals engaged in combat with the Fangires. Following Kurenai Otoya and Aso Yuri through their fight against the Fangire race and the leading to the conceiving of their respective children in the late 1980s. While simultaneously telling the story of Kurenai Wataru's finding his place in society, Fighting the Fangires as Kiva and dealing with the deadly Nago Keisuke.

Riders

Kamen Rider Kiva

Kiva is the main Rider of the series. Although it has been primarily used by the Fangire Kings throughout previous centuries. The modern possessor of Kiva is Kurenai Wataru.

Kamen Rider IXA

IXA is a rider weapons system, and secondary Rider of the series, that was created by the Wonderful Blue Sky Organization in the 1980s. Over the years it has gained various upgrades before the use of it's current user, Nago Keisuke.

Kamen Rider Saga

Saga is the main antagonist (of the 08 side) and third Rider of the series. Currently possessed by the modern King of the Fangires, Nobori Taiga.

13 Monster Races

Although the primary villains are the Fangires, there exist other kinds of monsters within the series derived from other iconic monsters that also provide trouble for the protagonists. Yet despite their threat, they prove to be a lesser evil in comparrison to the Fangires.

Kamen Rider Den-O & Kiva: Climax Deka

This movie was a special featuring Den-O and Kiva fighting an Imagin who has teamed up with the Fangires. The riders create a team of police and fight the Negataros Menace.

Movie Edition: Kamen Rider Kiva: The King of Hell Castle

The movie will be out on the 9th of August, together with Movie Version Engine Sentai Go-onger: Boom Boom! Bang Bang! GekijōBang!!. The movie is confirmed to feature two new riders: Kamen Rider Rey, and Kamen Rider Arc.
