Kadoya Tsukasa

Kadoya Tsukasa is the main protagonist of Kamen Rider Decade. Although an amnesiac, having no memories who he was or why he is, he was said to have arrived mysteriously and was given a job and shelter at the Hikari photo studio after following Hikari Natsumi around, despite his poor ability to take photos. However after numerous monsters began tearing his world apart, he fights them as Decade, despite not having the slightest idea as to why he's able to fight them.

Hikari Natsumi

Hikari Natsumi (affectionately referred to as "Natsumikan" by Kadoya Tsukasa) is an employee at her family photo studio along with her Grandfather, Eijiro. Despite being troubled by dreams of a large scale battle between many Riders and a mysterious figure, she doesn't let this discourage her from rearing Tsukasa for his poor work, even as monsters from various other worlds tear her own apart.

Hikari Eijiro

Hikari Eijiro is the proprietor of his family's photo studio. Running it together with his granddaughter, Natsumi, and his employee, Kadoya Tsukasa. He is at times subject to dealing with displeased customers over Tsukasa's shoddy photo skills. While he is seemingly un-phased (or unaware) of monsters tearing his world apart, he is somehow able to help guide Tsukasa through the nine other worlds.

Onodera Yuusuke

Onodera Yuusuke is the happy-go lucky possessor of the Arcle, giving him the powers of Kuuga. As Kuuga, he is referred to as Unidentified number 4, along with the Grongis. As he secretly assists Tokyo's police force in fighting the Grongi's through officer Yashiro Ai's help, he becomes aware Decade's existence, recalling the warnings he had been told of.

Yashiro Ai

Officer Yashiro Ai is one of the leading police officers in the investigation and the defense against the unidentified life forms (The Grongi). Knowing Onodera Yuusuke as the fourth unidentified life form, she secretly enlists his aid in the fight against the Grongi.

N Gamio Zeda

N Gamio Zeda is the "Ultimate Darkness" objective of the Grongi's game. Able to speak human languages fluently (Japanese being the only example), he claims himself to not supposing to exist. Despite the fact that he seemingly exerts no restraint in doing what he was awakened for.

Narutaki

Narutaki is a mysterious stranger who appears to have something against Decade/Tsukasa, enough to the point of believing that he isn't supposed to exist. Able to willingly traverse the other worlds at his will, with this, he's seemingly enlisted the aid of Kivahla, and as well has made several Riders believe that Decade is an apocalyptic force of destruction.

Kivahla

Kivahla, a member of the Kivat race, is a seemingly mischievous yet mysterious small little bat. Able to traverse the nine other worlds, she appears to be in league with Narutaki in trying to destroy Kadoya Tsukasa.

Wataru

Wataru is a halfbreed prince of the Fangires, soon to be King. Due to the pressure put on him by those close to him, he feels reluctant on taking the throne.

Wataru's Father

Wataru's Father (The Beetle Fangire) is a broken man, disapproving of the peaceful laws between the Fangires and the Humans. With this, he storms Doran, taking the throne and abolishing said laws, believing that the Fangires have the right to feed on Humans.

Tatsumi Shinji

Tatsumi Shinji is a mild mannered photographer for the Atashi Journal. After the death of Momoi Reiko, he is given the Ryuki Advent Deck as per being chosen to take part in the Rider battle. Choosing to refrain from it, he finally involves himself when he comes to believe that Haguro Ren was responsible for Momoi's murder.

Haguro Ren

Haguro Ren is a former writer for the Atashi Journal. Being the first to find out about Momoi Reiko's murder, he was chosen to take part in the Rider Battle. After collecting information about the Advent Cards and Riders, Ren enters the Rider Battle as Knight, in order to use a specific card that will help him solve who killed Momoi.

Kamata

Kamata (The Paradoxa Undead) is the sub editor for Atashi Journal under Momoi Reiko. After disposing of her for believing that she was close to revealing his true nature, he enters the Rider Battle as Abyss in order to ensure that his true identity is kept secrete.

Kendate Kazuma

Kendate Kazuma is a hot tempered employee of the Borard company. After his recent demotion at the hands of Kadoya Tsukasa showing off on the battlefield, he tries to cope with his new work setting and to prove he's still worthy of being Blade.

Hishigata Sakuya

Hishigata Sakuya is a high ranking employee of the BOARD company. Seemingly by the book, his status in the company allows him to fight the Undead as Garren.

Kuroba Mutsuki

Kuroba Mutsuki is a bookwormish former mid ranked employee of the Board company. After his recent promotion in order to make up for Kendate Kazuma's demotion, he was allowed to become Leangle in order to fight the Undead.

Shijo Hajime

Shijo Hajime is the head of the Board company. Manipulating his subordinates, he allies himself with the Undead as Chalice in order to further expand his own wealth and to ensure that Board can continue it's business.

Kaito Daiki

Kaito Daiki is a mysterious young man who is able to travel across the worlds to rob it of its "treasures". Knowing Kadoya Tsukasa prior to his amnesia, he occasionally mocks Tsukasa for supposedly being unable to eat Sea Cucumbers.

Ogami Takumi

Ogami Takumi (The Wolf Orphnoch) is a timid individual who secretly uses the Faiz Gear to protect Smart Brain High School from Orphenocs, despite the fact that he himself is one.

Tomoda Yuri

Tomoda Yuri is Ogami Takumi's closest friend, and member of Smart Brain High's photography club. Despising Orphnochs and Lucky Clover, she tries to not let this get in her way of her future plans of publishing a photo book.

Ashikawa Shoichi

Ashikawa Shoichi is the original intended user of the G3 system. However, after he experienced abnormal changes in his body, transforming him into Gills, and began to be hunted by the Unknown did he flee so he wouldn't endanger those close to him or other innocent bystanders.

Yashiro Toko

Yashiro Toko is the excessively proud designer of the G3 System. A personal friend to Ashikawa Shoichi, she had upgraded the G3 System into it's current model with Shoichi in mind so he wouldn't be fearful of unintentionally harming anyone due to his being hunted.

The Taros Imagin are a bumbling, bickering, yet trustworthy quartet of Imagin contracted to Nogami Ryotaro. They consist of the aggressive Momotaros, the suave Urataros, the strong Kintaros and the young Ryuutaros.

Arata is a steadfast loyal member of Zect and the authorized user of the Gatack Zecter. Believing Kabuto to be a force of good, he comes to question Otogiri So's true motives for capturing the Rider.

Otogiri So (The Phylloxera Worm) is an influential member of Zect and the user of TheBee. With a chip on his shoulder in regards to Kabuto for taking his right eye, he secretly concocts a new scheme to finally take down the rogue Rider and consummate his vengeance.

Mayu

Mayu (The Sisyra Worm) is a cheerful young girl who runs a small Oden restaurant with her grandmother. Despite her seemingly bright outlook on life, she bears deep animosity towards Kabuto. Believing that he is responsible for the death of her older brother.

Mayu's Grandmother

Mayu's Grandmother is the ever wise and enigmatic proprietor of her family's Oden restaurant. Despite it being a restaurant, she and she alone, allows only one dish to be served. Wishing to maintain the way the shop as it's always been.

Soji

Soji is the older brother of Mayu and the user of the Kabuto Zecter. Trapped in a constant state of Clock Up for an undisclosed reason, he has since used this to take advantage in fighting the Worm menace and protecting his family, even if he is made out to look like a criminal in the process.

Asumu

Asumu is the young apprentice to Hibiki. As it seems that Hibiki has no interest in teaching him, often by trying to turn him away by naming random people his new master, this regularly leads Asumu to try to learn and improve his skills and strengths on his own.

Hibiki

Hibiki is the incredibly laid back master of the Hibiki style of Ongeki-do. Wishing to do nothing but enjoy life and be care free, he regularly turns down his apprentice, Asumu, and even encourages him to quit being an Oni. To this end, Hibiki himself is even hesitant, or possibly afraid, of assuming his Oni form. Whatever his real name is has not been revealed.

Todoroki

Todoroki is the ever loyal, but seemingly buffoonish apprentice to Zanki. Secretly friends with the other apprentices of the Ongeki-Do styles (including having a crush on Akira), he doesn't let this stop him from defending the Zanki style or his master when their honor is questioned. Whatever his real name is has not been revealed.

Zanki

Zanki is the very strict, old fashioned master of the Zanki style of Ongeki-do. Feuding with the Ibuki style, this often results in him bickering with Ibuki when killing Makamo and or growing furious when something related to Ibuki is in his presence. Whatever his real name is has not been revealed.

Akira

Akira is the obedient and resourceful apprentice to Ibuki. Secretly friends with the other apprentices of the Ongeki-Do styles, she doesn't let this stop her from defending the Ibuki style or her master when their honor is questioned.

Ibuki

Ibuki is the clean cut, prim and proper master of the Ibuki style of Ongeki-do. As a result of the feud between the styles, Ibuki often butts heads with Zanki and wouldn't hesitate if the chance to settle the feud once and for all would present itself.
