Kadoya Tsukasa
![]() Kadoya Tsukasa is the main protagonist of Kamen Rider Decade. Although an amnesiac, having no memories who he was or why he is, he was said to have arrived mysteriously and was given a job and shelter at the Hikari photo studio after following Hikari Natsumi around, despite his poor ability to take photos. However after numerous monsters began tearing his world apart, he fights them as Decade, despite not having the slightest idea as to why he's able to fight them. |

Hikari Natsumi

Despite being troubled by dreams of a large scale battle between many Riders and a mysterious figure, she doesn't let this discourage her from rearing Tsukasa for his poor work, even as monsters from various other worlds tear her own apart. |

Hikari Eijiro
![]() Hikari Eijiro is the proprietor of his family's photo studio. Running it together with his granddaughter, Natsumi, and his employee, Kadoya Tsukasa. He is at times subject to dealing with displeased customers over Tsukasa's shoddy photo skills. While he is seemingly un-phased (or unaware) of monsters tearing his world apart, he is somehow able to help guide Tsukasa through the nine other worlds. |

Onodera Yuusuke
![]() Onodera Yuusuke is the happy-go lucky possessor of the Arcle, giving him the powers of Kuuga. As Kuuga, he is referred to as Unidentified number 4, along with the Grongis. As he secretly assists Tokyo's police force in fighting the Grongi's through officer Yashiro Ai's help, he becomes aware Decade's existence, recalling the warnings he had been told of. |

Yashiro Ai
![]() Officer Yashiro Ai is one of the leading police officers in the investigation and the defense against the unidentified life forms (The Grongi). Knowing Onodera Yuusuke as the fourth unidentified life form, she secretly enlists his aid in the fight against the Grongi. |

N Gamio Zeda
![]() N Gamio Zeda is the "Ultimate Darkness" objective of the Grongi's game. Able to speak human languages fluently (Japanese being the only example), he claims himself to not supposing to exist. Despite the fact that he seemingly exerts no restraint in doing what he was awakened for. |

Choosing to refrain from it, he finally involves himself when he comes to believe that Haguro Ren was responsible for Momoi's murder. |

Haguro Ren
