Decade

Decade is a mysterious Rider weapons system. Although not a lot is known about it, Decade seemingly is able to wield power great enough to single handily defeat any and all Riders at the same time. It's name derived from being the tenth of the Heisei Era Riders.

Ride Forms

Decade

Decade is the default form upon transformation. In this, one can traverse between the Rider worlds freely and transform into other Rider forms. It has a motif of a striped shield bug.

Kabuto

This power is gained through the KamenRide Kabuto card. Through transformation, Decade can access certain features unique to the Kabuto-Zecter through the Ride cards pertaining to Kabuto.

Faiz

This power is gained through the KamenRide Faiz card. Through transformation, Decade can access certain features unique to the Faiz Gear through the Ride cards pertaining to Faiz.

Hibiki

This power is gained through the KamenRide Hibiki card. Through transformation, Decade can access certain features unique to Hibiki through the Ride cards pertaining to Hibiki.

Kuuga

This power is gained through the KamenRide Kuuga card. Through transformation, Decade can access certain features unique to Kuuga through the Ride cards pertaining to Kuuga.

Kiva

This power is gained through the Kamen Ride Kiva card. Through transformation, Decade can access certain features unique to Kiva through the Ride cards pertaining to Kiva.

Ryuki

This power is gained through the KamenRide Ryuki card. Through transformation, Decade can access certain features unique to Ryuki through the Ride cards pertaining to Ryuki.

Blade

This power is gained through the KamenRide Blade card. Through transformation, Decade can access certain features unique to Blade through the Ride cards pertaining to Blade.

Agito

This power is gained through the KamenRide Agito card. Through transformation, Decade can access certain features unique to Agito through the Ride cards pertaining to Agito.

Den-O

This power is gained through the KamenRide Den-O card. Through transformation, Decade can access certain features unique to Den-O through the Ride cards pertaining to Den-O.

Complete

This power is gained through the K-Touch. Through transformation, Decade can summon 9 Heisei Riders, similar to Diend, it summon a puppet instead actual rider itself.

Arsenal

DecaDriver

The Decadriver is the means of transforming to Decade. With the use of the Rider Cards, one can transform into Decade, as well as other Riders. However, despite whichever rider Decade has transformed into, the Decadriver, along with the Ride Booker will always be present. Due to K-Touch is replace with the DecaDriver, DecaDriver is placed by the side of the belt.

RideBooker

The Ride Booker is Decade's default weapon with three different functions. In Book Mode, the RideBooker stores all the Rider Cards until required for use.

K-Touch

Final Kamen Terminal K-Touch allows Decade to transform into Complete Form. It activates like a touchscreen cell phone, Decade need to put in the Final KamenRide Card inside the K-Touch to activate its function. It has 9 Heisei's Rider symbol, Final KamenRide button, Decade symbol and Complete button. By tapping the Heisei's Rider symbol and Final KamenRide button, Decade is able to summon puppet versions of the selected Rider and it follows each and every movement of Decade. K-Touch is placed on the middle of Decade's belt, replacing DecaDriver which moves to his hips.

KamenRide Cards

Decade possesses the KamenRide Cards, each enabling Decade to transform into a different Rider. However, all cards, save for those unique to Decade, seem to be only temporary.

• KamenRide: Decade. This is Decade's default transformation card, allowing one to become Decade.
• KamenRide: Kabuto. This card allows Decade to transform to Kabuto and access its abilities. However, this card has lost its powers right after it was first used.
• KamenRide: Faiz. This card allows Decade to transform to Faiz and access its abilities.
• KamenRide Hibiki. This card allows Decade to transform to Hibiki and access its abilities.
• KamenRide: Kuuga. This card allows Decade to transform to Kuuga and access its abilities.
• KamenRide: Kiva. This card allows Decade to transform to Kiva and access its abilities.
• KamenRide: Ryuki. This card allows Decade to transform to Ryuki and access its abilities.
• KamenRide: Blade. This card allows Decade to transform to Blade and access its abilities.
• KamenRide: Agito. This card allows Decade to transform to Agito and access its abilities.
• KamenRide: Den-O. This card allows Decade to transform to Den-O and access its abilities.
• KamenRide: BLACK. This card allows Decade to transform to BLACK and access its abilities. However, this card was snatched and used by Diend.

Final KamenRide

Decade is able to summon the final forms (also commonly referred to as "ultimate forms") of the nine main Heisei Riders. He needs to assume Decade Complete in order to do so. With the K-Touch a puppet version of the selected Rider is summoned, and the cards on his chest turns to the cards of the respective Rider. The puppet copies whatever action Decade Complete performs.

• KamenRide: Survive. It summons Kamen Rider Ryuki Survive Form, armed with the Drag Visor-Zwei.
• KamenRide: Blaster. It summons Kamen Rider Faiz Blaster Form, armed with the Faiz Blaster.
• KamenRide: Hyper. It summons Kamen Rider Kabuto Hyper Form, armed with the Perfect Zecter.
• KamenRide: Emperor. It summons Kamen Rider Kiva Emperor Form, armed with the Zanvat Sword.
• KamenRide: Armed. It summons Kamen Rider Armed Hibiki, armed with the Armed Sabre.
• KamenRide: Liner. It summons Kamen Rider Den-O Liner Form, armed with the DenKamen Sword.
• KamenRide: King. It summons Kamen Rider Blade King Form, armed with the King Rouzer.
• KamenRide: Shining. It summons Kamen Rider Agito Shining Form, armed with the Shining Caliber.

Despite the option for Ultimate existing, Decade Complete Form did not use it in the series.

FormRide Cards

Decade possesses FormRide Cards, enabling Decade to transform into the alternate forms of different Riders. The FormRide Cards are stored in the Ride Booker until they are needed.

• FormRide: Kuuga Titan: This allows Decade to transform into Kuuga's Titan Form. Enabling it's abilities and even creating the Titan Sword.
• FormRide: Kuuga Dragon: This allows Decade to transform into Kuuga's Dragon Form. Enabling it's abilities and even creating the Dragon Rod.
• FormRide: Kiva Garulu: This allows Decade to transform into Kiva's Garulu Form. Enabling it's abilities and even the use of the Garulu Saber.
• FormRide: Kiva Dogga: This allows Decade to transform into Kiva's Dogga Form. Enabling it's abilities and even the use of the Dogga Hammer.
• FormRide: Kiva Basshaa: This allows Decade to transform into Kiva's Basshaa Form. Enabling it's abilities and even the use of the Basshaa Magnum.
• FormRide: Agito Flame: his allows Decade to transform into Agito's Flame Form. Enabling it's abilities and even the use of the Flame Sabre.
• FormRide: Agito Storm: his allows Decade to transform into Agito's Storm Form. Enabling it's abilities and even the use of the Storm Halberd.
• FormRide: Kuuga Pegasus: This allows Decade to transform into Kuuga's Pegasus Form. Enabling it's abilities and even the use of the Pegasus Bowgun.
• FormRide: Faiz Axel: This allows Decade to transform into Faiz's Axel Form. Enabling it's abilities and even the use of the Axel Mission Memory.
• FormRide: Den-O Axe: This allows Decade to transform into Den-O's Axe Form. Enabling it's abilities and even the use of the Dengasher Axe Mode.

AttackRide Cards

Decade possesses various AttackRide Cards, which he uses to access special attacks or weapons. The AttackRide Cards are often stored in the Ride Booker until they are needed

• AttackRide: Clock Up. This card is used when Decade transforms into Kabuto. Its powers are presumably lost along with the loss of Kabuto's powers
• AttackRide: Autovajin. This card is used when Decade transforms to Faiz. It was used to transform Machine Decader to the Autovajin. Its powers were temporarily lost after it was first used.
• AttackRide: Ongekibou Rekka. This card is used when Decade transforms to Hibiki. Its powers are presumably lost along with the loss of Hibiki's powers.
• AttackRide: Slash. This card is used when Decade is not transformed into another Rider. Enhancing the sword feature of the Ride Booker.
• AttackRide: Blast. This card is used when Decade is not transformed into another Rider. Enhancing the gun feature of the Ride Booker.
• AttackRide: Illusion. This card is used when Decade is not transformed into another Rider. Generating a certain number of duplicates of Decade in order to gain advantage of numbers.
• AttackRide: Strike Vent. This card is used when Decade transforms into Ryuki. Decade summons the Drag Claw, a dragon-headed gauntlet that can send a burst of flames out of its mouth.
• AttackRide: Metal. This card is used when Decade transforms into Blade. It enhances the resilience to physical harm by transforming his body into organic metal.
• AttackRide: Mach. This card is used when Decade transforms into Blade. It enhances his speed and agility.
• AttackRide: Ore Sanjou. This card is used when Decade transforms into Den-O. Whether it has any useful qualities is unknown.
• AttackRide: Kotaewa Kiite Nai. This card is used when Decade transforms into Den-O. Whether it has any useful qualities other than acting as an alternate to a Form Ride card is unknown.
• AttackRide: Boku Ni Tsurarete Miru. This card is used when Decade transforms into Den-O. Whether it has any useful qualities is unknown as it hasn't technically been used.
• AttackRide: Nakerude. This card is used when Decade transforms into Den-O. Whether it has any useful qualities is unknown as it hasn't technically been used.
• AttackRide: Tsuppari. This card is used when Decade transforms into Den-O's Axe Form. Enabling Decade to perform a series of lightning quick palm strikes coupled with Axe Form's enhanced strength.
• AttackRide: Rekka Daizantou. This card is used by Decade to activate Rekka Daizantou finisher along with Blade Blade.
• AttackRide: GaGa no Udewa: This card is used by Decade to snatch the bracelet from whoever is possessing it at the current moment.

Final FormRide Cards

Decade possesses Final FormRide Cards, enabling Decade to transform different Riders into forms they wouldn't originally have on their own. The Final FormRide Cards are stored in the Ride Booker until they are needed.

• Final FormRide: Kuuga: This card is used in the presence of Kuuga. Transforming Kuuga into the Kuuga Goram.
• Final FormRide: Kiva: This card is used in the presence of Kiva. Transforming Kiva into the Kiva Arrow.
• Final FormRide: Ryuki: This card is used in the presence of Ryuki. Transforming Ryuki into the Ryuki Dragreder.
• Final FormRide: Blade: This card is used in the presence of Blade. Transforming Blade into the Blade Blade.
• Final FormRide: Faiz: This card is used in the presence of Faiz. Transforming Blade into the Faiz Blaster.
• Final FormRide: Agito: This card is used in the presence of Agito. Transforming Agito into the Agito Tornador.
• Final FormRide: Den-O: This card is used in the presence of Den-O. Transforming Den-O into the Den-O Momotaros. However it was first supposed to transform Den-O into the Denliner.
• Final FormRide: Kabuto: This card is used in the presence of Kabuto. Transforming Kabuto into the Zecter Kabuto.
• Final FormRide: Hibiki:This card is used in the presence of Hibiki. Transforming Hibiki into the Hibiki Ongekiko.

Final AttackRide Cards

Decade possesses Final AttackRide Cards, enabling the use of finishers among the different Riders. The Final AttackRide Cards are stored in the Ride Booker until they are needed.

• Final AttackRide: Decade: This card allows Decade to perform personal finishing moves, projecting a series of large cards that Decade passes through. Enhancing the power of whichever finisher desired, the Dimensions Kick, Slash or Blast.
• Final AttackRide: Kuuga: This finishing move works in junction with the Kuuga Goram, enabling Decade to perform a kick similar to Kuuga's Mighty Kick.
• Final AttackRide: Kiva: This finishing move works in junction with the Kiva Arrow, enabling it to fire an explosive arrow similar to Kiva's Darkness Moon Break. While it is used by Decade Complete Form when Kiva Emperor Form is summoned, it enabling Decade to perform Final Zanvat Slash attack along with Kiva Emperor Form.
• Final AttackRide: Ryuki: This finishing move works in junction with the Ryuki Dragreder, enabling Decade to perform a kick similar to Ryuki's Final Vent. While it is used by Decade Complete Form when Ryuki Survive Form is summoned, it enabling Decade to perform Burning Saber attack along with Ryuki Survive Form.
• Final AttackRide: Blade This finishing move works in junction with the Blade Blade, enabling Decade to perform Blade's Lightning Slash. The same card can be used by Decade while as Blade, activating Blade's Lightning Blast kick. While it is used by Decade Complete Form when Blade King Form is summoned, it enabling Decade to perform Royal Straight Flush attack along with Blade King Form.
• Final AttackRide: Faiz: This finishing move works in junction with the Faiz Blaster, enabling Decade to perform a movie similar to Faiz's Crimson Smash. While it is used by Decade Complete Form Faiz Blaster Form summoned, it enabling Decade to perform Photon Buster attack along with Faiz Blaster Form.
• Final AttackRide: Agito: This finishing move works in junction with the Agito Tornador, enabling Decade to perform a movie similar to Agito's Saber Brake Slash. The same card can be used by Decade while as Agito, activating Agito's Rider Kick. While it is used by Decade Complete Form when Agito Shining Form is summoned, it enabling Decade to perform Shining Clash attack along with Agito Shining Form.
• Final AttackRide: Den-O: This finishing move works in junction with the Den-O Momotaros, enabling Decade summon him to perform a move similar to Den-O's Extreme Slash. While it is used by Decade Complete Form when Den-O Liner Form is summoned, it enabling Decade to perform Train Slash attack along with Den-O Liner Form.
• Final AttackRide: Kabuto: This finishing move works in junction with Kabuto, enabling Decade to perform a kick similar to Kabuto's while in Clock Up. While it is used by Decade Complete Form when Kabuto Hyper Form is summoned, it enabling Decade to perform Hyper Kick or Maximum Hyper Cyclone attack along with Kabuto Hyper Form.
• Final AttackRide: Hibiki: This finishing move works in junction with Hibiki, enabling Decade to perform a finisher similar to Hibiki's. While it is used by Decade Complete Form when Armed Hibiki is summoned, it enabling Decade to perform KiShin Kakusei attack along with Armed Hibiki.
• Final AttackRide: Amazon: This finishing move works in junction with Amazon, enabling the GaGa no Udewa transferred to Amazon, and enable Amazon perform Super Big Slice.
• Final AttackRide: Diend. The card used was KamenRide: Diend although the DecaDriver said "Final AttackRide: Diend". It enabling Decade to perform Dimension Shoot attack along with Diend.

Machine Decader

The Machine Decader is Decade's personal motorcycle. Through the usage of various Attack Ride Cards, it has the ability to transform to the bikes of any Rider Decade becomes.
